By creating an account or using the Navera portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Navera Health & Wellness provides mental health and wellness coaching services for teens and young adults. Our portal allows members to:

• Schedule and manage appointments
• Communicate with their care providers
• Access resources and session materials
• Manage subscriptions and payments
• View their service history

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 14 years of age (with parental consent for minors)
• Have received a valid invitation from Navera or a referring member
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a Google account for secure portal access

Account Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Update your information as needed to maintain accuracy
• Not impersonate any person or entity

SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Navera related to your care, including appointment reminders, account notifications, and care-related communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving Navera's services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how mobile information is used and protected.

Acceptable Use

When using our portal, you agree not to:

• Share your account access with others
• Attempt to access another member's information
• Use the portal for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious software or content
• Interfere with the portal's security or operation
• Use automated tools to access the portal

Health Services Disclaimer

By using our services, you understand that:

• Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment
• Results vary and are not guaranteed
• You should consult medical professionals for health concerns
• Sessions are confidential but subject to legal exceptions

Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

Service pricing is displayed in the portal. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions honor their contracted rates.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of purchase or per subscription schedule
• We accept major credit cards via Stripe
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds

Unused session credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Please contact us for specific situations.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Navera portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Navera Health & Wellness and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Navera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the portal

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navera Health & Wellness, its providers, and staff from any claims arising from your use of the portal or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the portal will be revoked, but your records will be retained as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
